Open your photo in Lightroom in Library. On the right-hand side of the screen under Metadata →Contact→Creator remove your name and under Copyright, remove your name. 

Click on Export (bottom left of screen) to get the screen below

In “Export to” pick Hard Drive from drop-down menu

In Export Location select where you want to put the photo. I usually send them to the same folder as original photo and into a subfolder I name as edited. I have “Add to Catalog” ticked and in “Existing files” I pick “Chose a new name for existing files”. This makes it easier for me to find photos! 

In File Naming :  Tick “Rename to” and select Custom Name. Then in “Custom text” enter your club number, league division, title of photo, section eg. 12345-Novice-Butterfly- projected image

In File Settings: In “Image Format” pick JPEG. In “Quality” pick 100

In Content Credentials (Early Access): Pick “Don’t include”

In Image Sizing: Tick “Resize to Fit” and pick “Long edge” from drop down menu. Put in 2400 pixels.  In “Resolution” Put in 300 and “pixels per inch” from the drop-down menu.

For Output Sharpening I usually pick screen and standard.

For Metadata You can use any of the options because you have removed your name above.

Make sure Watermark is NOT  ticked

In Post-processing  pick “Show in Explorer” for Windows or “Show file in folder” for Mac

Now hit “Export” and you’ll find your photo is resized and in the folder you sent it to!!
